What does Geletk sell?

Geletk sells salad bowls and related tableware-style products designed for everyday meals, salads, fruit, snacks, pasta, serving, and home dining presentation. Our products are selected to combine practical use with decorative appeal, making them suitable for daily kitchens, family meals, gatherings, and gift-style home purchases.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our online store. Select the product you want, choose the available options if applicable, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address, email address, product selection, and order quantity before submitting the order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@Geletk.com. We will try our best to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. In that case, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount and shipping method available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free Shipping is available for orders of $49.00 and above. Orders below $49.00 may be eligible for Standard Shipping at $5.99 or Expedited Shipping at $8.99, depending on the available checkout options.

How can I track my order?

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your salad bowl or any product arrives damaged, please contact us at service@Geletk.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review the information and provide a suitable solution according to our return and refund policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Geletk accepts returns and refunds for eligible items. Returned products must be sent to the designated return address: ZweigertstraBe10, 45130 Essen, Germany. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Can I return an item without contacting you first?

We recommend that you contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior communication may be difficult to identify and may delay the refund process. Please email service@Geletk.com with your order number and return reason before sending the product back.
